Despite much progress in AI, closing the "efficiency gap" — the orders-of-magnitude difference between human and machine intelligence — remains one of the grand challenges of our time.

This workshop brings together world experts in computational modeling of human cognition alongside AI/ML and robotics researchers to explore the implications for closing this gap. Talks span three themes: how humans and machines learn, how they plan and reason, and how they perceive the world.
